Red moon cactus is grafted cactus plant. This plant has many different names like queen of the night, fish-bone cactus and rick-rack cactus. This plant can be grown as outdoor or indoor plant. Ideal for both condition. When grown as indoor it reaches 2 feet tall and when grown as outdoor in garden its height reaches 4 feet tall.

- Sunlight: Choose sheltered location for Container grown plant . It doesn't do well in direct sunlight. The complete sun light will harm the pot plant, so avoid placing your pot in direct sunlight. It requires indirect bright sunlight.
- Water: Water moon cactus soil deeply. Let the soil dry out to a depth of one inch. In winter season soil need to be dry out to the depth of 3 inches before two watering. For mature plant during the winter avoid watering at all.
- Water-soluble fertilizer twice in a month during April to September when this plant is growing. But reduce the frequency during winter season to once in a month.
